The Lead Recycling Plant offered by us carries out two operations related to the recycling process of lead acid battery scrap. These operations are Smelting and Refining. We supply Rotary type furnaces for smelting of Lead acid Battery scrap. We have successfully manufactured and supplied Rotary furnaces from batch size 2MT to 10MT. Similarly, for refining and Alloying of Lead of purity 99.97% and Battery grade alloys, we supply refining and alloying pots from batch size 10MT to 50MT. For higher capacity Lead Recycling Plant, we recommend Ingot Casting machine common for 2 or 3 refining pots. In addition to the Air Pollution control system, all Rotary furnaces and refining pots are supplied with fugitive emission control system to maintain the working environment clean and free from dust particles.
Lead Oxide Ball Mill is widely used device in modern metallurgy. Lead Oxide Ball Mill are basically used for the purpose of processing of Non-Ferrous metals. Lead acid battery plates are manufactured with utmost precision with this wisely designed Lead Oxide Ball Mill. We offer customized Lead Oxide Ball Mill to the clients as per their specific requirements and applications at the industry leading prices. Working Of Lead Oxide Ball Mill : Lead Ingots are melted in the Melting Pot. The Molten Lead in the Melting Pot is pumped on to the Cylinder casting Machine. The Lead cylinders are casted in the Cylinder casting machines at a rate higher than that of the oxidation process. These Lead cylinders are conveyed and stored in a Silo. The Silo feeds the required amount of Lead Cylinders into the Mill as and when required. The amount of Lead Cylinders being discharged from the Silo is adjustable from the PLC system. Lead Cylinders tumbling inside the Ball Mill drum create heat due to friction between them. This heat initiates the oxidation process. The oxidation process is also an exothermic reaction. This exothermic heat raises the temperature of the material that in turn accelerates the oxidation process. A draft of air through the Ball Mill drum gives oxygen for the oxidation process and carries the Battery Oxide to the collection system. The Collection System includes a combination of cyclone and dust collector or just dust collector. Battery oxide is collected and conveyed to storage silos. The Silos storing Battery Oxide are purged with Nitrogen to keep the temperature of the Oxide in check.

The reaction temperature and reaction ampere is controlled to achieve stable reaction and desired quality. Negative pressure is maintained in the reactor. Oxide is removed from the reactor by sucking fresh air through it. Oxide is collected in the cyclone and the dust collector. The dust collector fitted with PP coated filter bags filters the air and leaves fresh air to the atmosphere. The exhaust air from the Dust collector meets the environmental emission standards. HEPA filters can also be used after the Dust collector.
