We manufacture Heavy Duty Torque Multipliers which are used to increase Torque produced Torque Wrenches. For tightening or loosening High tensile bolts, rusty or loosening nut bolts Torque multipliers are high preferred for use.

Torque multiplier come with at gear type mechanism through which the torque is applied on input side & is calculated in particular ration.

Our Product Ranges in multiplication factors such as 5:1 & 25:1. We supply torque multiplier from 750 ib. ft to 7000 lb.ft) 100 kg mtr. To 925 mtr.

We manufacture various type of flexible shaft based on application. One can use flexible shaft suitable for speed of 850 RPM to 12000 RPM. We produce flexible shaft of minimum Size 3mm dia to maximum 25mm dia or more (as per requirement). Our flexible shafts are used or tube cleaner purpose, grinding purpose, concrete mixing vibrator purpose, Or for Power transmission purpose.
A electrical power is transmitted into Flexible shaft in form of rotation through the motor unit to accessories (tool head cutter or brushes) is used for cleaning purpose.

Flexible Shafts is made of Inner core, Outer Casing & connected with sockets.
Inner Core is made of spring steel or stainless steel highly tensile flexible wire (as per requirement) with multiple wounded layers vibration free after processing through heat treatment process.

Outer Casing is made from galvanized steel strip. To avoid any kind of friction between outer casing & inter core a special spring steel lining is provide with double interlock & circular round.

Connect with one end by a Socket (machine end) is attached to suitable motor & other socket (tool end) is attached to shaft.

We have manufactured (BTPP) Electric & (BPPP) Pneumatic tube pulling systems controlled by Power pack via DC remote control. The system can pull tube continuously of 3 OD tubes up to 4 Stub.

We manufactured the System which is mounted on 4 wheels which can be easily carried out & movable on site. We have used latest technology in hydraulic pump supplied with hydraulic drive resulting in subcompact pump creating 100 bar pressure. A pressure setting pumps help in adjusting tube expansion process. Automatically the drive gets trips once the required wall thinning or expansion process is completed.

We manufactured the System for Tube Expansion which is controlled & operated by Electric Control Panel. Our tube expansion system is used for expansion of tubes of Boilers, Condensers & Heat Exchangers.

Our tube expansion system is used mostly for tube expansion of condenser tube Expanders, heat exchanger tube expanders. Automatically controls after reaching the Required Torque by control is panel unit . By pressing the reverse button tube expander retracts out from the tube. The tubes are automatically rolled to maximum tightness without high stress of work in the Tube metal for prevention of damage to tube end or distorting ligaments of Tube Sheet.

In BPC3-45 chiller tube cleaning system 3/4Hp motor is used for Hard / tough deposits in the tubes. For cleaning extremely choked tubes a 2 direction foot switch is been provided. The system is equipped with Flexible shaft (NFSC-703-45) , Nylon Brushes (as per size), 2 direction Foot Switch, Repairing Kit for flexible shaft (4 drive couplings, 4 tool end couplings, 1 crimping tool with punch, 1flexible shaft lubricator, & 2 bottles lubricant Oil)
