The Multi Color Masterbatches provided by us, the simplest, cleanest and most reliable means of coloring Desmopan® and Texin, particularly when Desmopan® and Texin are also the carrier materials. SAN-resin-based color granules are also suitable to a limited extent. Suppliers normally recommend employing metering quantities of between 1.0 and 4.0 % depending on the wall thickness of the articles and the color density of the pigments.

The metallic effect Masterbatches adds glittering or metallic effect to the final products. This effect is generated by adding of metallic flakes with the conventional solid coloring system. These are exclusively used in the plastic furniture industry and general household plastic goods. In the Pearl eFfect Masterbatches, there are special pearl pigments in different particle sizes & this can be used with gold, silver and many other colors.
Single Pigment Concentrate Masterbatches comprises of high loadings of organic and inorganic pigments. A combination of two or more Single Pigment Concentrate Masterbatches can be used to impart colors to fibers for Textiles, carpets, and upholstery. High quality additives are used to give excellent pigment dispersion properties to these Single Pigment Concentrate Masterbatches. This ensures homogenous color dispersion, good color strength and color consistency in the chosen polymer. We offer Single Pigment Concentrate Masterbatches in several resins like PET, PBT, PP and PE.
