The company is involved in manufacturing all types of Brass Turned Components used either for final assembly or as raw material for Electrical / Electronics / Sanitary / Builders Hardware / Textile Machinery /Agricultural Machinery components/Antenna components. Besides turned components, we also manufacture Sheet metal components, Brass and Mild Steel Screws, Nuts, Bolts, Washers, Plastic molding components and any other components as per customer’s specifications. The manufacturing plant is now spread on 148,000 Square Feet at GIDC-III, Dared, Jamnagar with highly dedicated 125 employees . We have a team of engineers who are independently capable of designing suitable components, optimizing manpower and materials for final testing to achieve desired parameter. We have a full-fledged Tool Room & Inspection Department with Qualified Engineers and State of the Art Measuring & Testing Equipments. Specilisation We are specialized in manufacturing all types of Brass & Steel Inserts, Cable Lugs, Split Bolts, Terminal, Connectors, Special Fasteners, Insulator and Standoff spacers, Electrical Switch Boxes etc. You would appreciate to note that the inserts in the range of M2 to M30, Terminal Bar in range from 01 Inch to 07 Feet long are in regular production process. Logistics Support Over and above we have our group company who is involved in the business of all types of Castings, forgings from Steel, Brass, Alluminium, Copper, & Sand, Extruded Rods & Tubes in Brass, Copper & Alluminium. It is certain that sourcing different products and services from different places invites heavy transportation charges, shipping cost, communication, unreliable quality, etc. Therefore, we also provide Logistics support by way of searching best manufacturers and job workers for Machining, Mould dies, CNC machining, Plastic Moulding, Ceramic parts, conduit fittings, Electrical accessories, Stamping, components related to hose fittings etc. thus providing the best quality products and services under one roof. Machinery To cope up with the demands and compete the international market, we have the following machinaries :- 36 Nos. Cam operated machines, 80 Drilling Machines, 18 Tapping Machines, 02 Deburring Machines, 04 SPM (CNC) for drilling and tapping which are of UK make and assembly instruments made in Germany by Weber. 02 Automatic assembly machine made by Weber, Germany 02 Manual assembly machine made by Weber, Germany 04 Rotary table indexing machine (SPM) Bar Dia Capacity 0.5mm to 35mm in all shape such as Round, Hex, Square etc.. In case if the customer has the requirement of product that is above 35 mm bar dia then we get it done by Job work but the machine part is still done inhouse. CNC Machines We do not have CNC machines but in case of parts requiring CNC turning, then we get it done on Job Work. Metals Our first preference would be to manufacture and supply items made of Brass Metals and second preference would be from Stainless Steel, Copper, Aluminium, Mild Steel, Investment Casting & Sand Casting. Plastic Moulding We only manufacture Brass parts but our manufactured parts are supplied to the company who do the Plastic moulding work. Therefore, after plastic moulding, the same are supplied back to us for our final inspection and and therefore after quality control inspection the same are exported. Stocking of Materials Our valued customer generally make Annual Supply Agreement with Shiv Om Brass. However, due to heavy fluctuation in LME rate, it is not possible for us to supply the agreed quantity at the same rate for the whole year. Therefore, Shiv Om Brass requests for Quarterly consumption plan and accordingly, we procure Brass Extruded for three months requirement. Though the materials are despatched as per the schedules provided but we keep the materials in stock with us so that we are able to despatch the materials with the time limit.
