The dryer is 4 Section 3 deck Jet Ventilated 3.0 meters width Mat/Curtain Dryer-2750 mm in band width, 8 meters in drying length, 1.0 meter cooling section, 1.2 meter feeding side, 1.15 meter discharge side and 3400 MM in height. The dryer is fitted with propeller type high pressure dynamically balanced aluminium fans having jet nozzles for top and bottom of each deck throughout the length of the machine which is also equipped with latest type heating batteries & jet boxes. The machine is also perfectly insulated, its side covering being insulated with heat resisting insulated layer 100 mm thick all round rendering the same absolutely leak-proof so as to ensure optimum conservation and effective and uniform play of heat inside the machine as per design and complete with Dynodrive gear box, motors, and other necessary accessories.

BS' Make, 1400 MM capacity Heavy duty Glue Spreader Machine having 2 nos. rubber Rollers and 2 Nos. Stainless Steel Doctor Rollers complete with 2 HP 1440 R.P.M. Motor and reduction gear. The machine has also got a stainless steel tray for excess glue collection.

1.0 Ton Capacity Resin Kettle made out of Double jacketed design of sturdy Stainless Steel sheet of 5mm thickness for inner shell and Mild Steel 6mm thickness of outer shell. The machine is fitted with anchor type agitator. Complete with 1 No. 5.0 HP Motor and Gear Box, digital temperature indicator and electric panel box. The Machine has Horizontal Condenser (Shell & Tube type) Shell MOC-MS, Fluid-cooling water, reflux line and comes fitted with Charging and sampling points. MOC- MS & All contact parts are made of Stainless Steel. Maximum temperature to withstand-300oC, Maximum Pressure-3 kg/cm2. Heating medium-Steam.
