External Grounding Switch (Disconnecting switch) are used in conjunction with T/R sets and are operated to bring ESP internal potential to zero during maintenance shut down.

Our Grounding Switches are fabricated of 1/8" MS sheet & then electrostatically painted with Epoxy-Polyester powder coating using latest technique.

Boot Seal is a crucial component in the rapping system that prevents moisture, rain water & cold air from entering penthouse; it is recommended to inspect it periodically & immediately replace cracked units for effective ESP operation. High quality rubber granules are used to make our boot seal. As per temp requirement & ambient conditions we make offer choices of Hypalon, E.P.D.M, Silicone, & Viton. We can customize our product with OEM name & logo embossed on it. Stainless steel clamps are offered separately.

Used during ESP maintenance. One end of the Portable Grounding Stick is clamped to Earth plate and other end is tapped on ESP high voltage frame to discharge residual charge. Sticks are offered in light weight insulating material (PP/FRP/Wood) with 3mtr copper braided wire & Aluminium hook.

This electrical heating pad consists of wire heating elements insulated with two braids of glass-fibre yarn and impregnated with Class-H varnish. The element is spread over closely woven glass cloth carrier at a uniform pitch and sandwiched between two layers of glass-fibre cloth. Eyelets are provided for riveting/fixing these pads onto the hopper. These pads are suitable for both ESP & Bag Filter application. Thermostat is offered separately.
