  • This system consist of a closed circuit manufacturing facility from feeding of Wax / Water Phase to loading the hopper of filling machine.

  • The Wax and Water at required temperature are transferred to Manufacturing Vessel or Planetory Mixer, by vacuum through conical filter.

  • The product during emulsion formation is recirculated through Ointment Transfer Pump The Pump also discharges the product in the Storage Vessel.

  • The Storage Vessel is then taken to the filling area and is connected to again Ointment Transfer Pump. or Storage Vessel remain fixed ( In bigger size ) & pump transfer the ointments in the hopper of the Ointment Filling Machine.

  • The entire Plant can be operated by centralised operating panel by one operator .

  • The plant is equipped with an electrical control panel with digital temperature indicators and digital timers.

  • Minimum two batches per shift of the same product can be assured in this plant.

  • This plant conforms to CGMP standards (Paint Free Construction).

Ointment / Cream Manufacturing Plant

The Salient Features Of The Oitment Plant Are As Follows



  • The Plant is designed to be operated only by one operator and one helper.

  • All material transfers are done by vacuum or by transfer pumps.

  • All the vessels are CGMP (paint free construction)

  • The gaskets used are of silicon (food grade).

  • All contact parts are of S.S. 304 quality material (SS316 provided on demand) & finished to class 4B (Mirror) finish and are crevice free.

  • The entry of all agitators are from top & High Speed Emulsifier from bottom or In- line Emulsifier ( as per customer choice ).

  • All vessels are suitable for internal pressure of 1 Kg. / Sq. cm. and hence can be sterilized.

  • All pipes, pipe fittings and valves are of SS304 / SS316 ( as per custom requirement ) seamless quality, internally electro polished, with tri-clover ended joints.

  • The entire plant is equipped with CIP & SIP connections, so that customer can use these facility, if have CIP & SIP equipment.

Plain And Jacketed Vessels

The Liquid Manufacturing Plants are ideal tools for the pharmaceutical industry for the production of Oral Liquids.
It is specially designed to take care of two critical factors which directly affects the quality of the Liquids.

  • Effective cleanness during manufacturing.


Needless to say, it also provides the benefits of the effective manpower utilization.

This system consist of a closed circuit manufacturing facility from feeding of Sugar / Water Phase to loading the Volumetric Liquid Filling Machine.
The Sugar and Water, are load with vacuum system or by mechanical system or manually.
The Sugar Syrup Vessel is supplied with high speed stirrer & electrical heating ( In small model ) / steam heating facility (In bigger size model ) .The sugar syrup is prepared at required temperature & are transferred to Manufacturing Vessel by vacuum or by transfer pump.
The product during emulsion formation is recirculated through In-Line Homoginizer or Liquid Transfer Pump.( Optional Facility )
The Pump also discharges the product in the Storage Vessel.
The Storage Vessel is then taken to the filling area ( if it is small capacity ) and is connected to again Liquid Transfer Pump. Or Storage Vessel remain fixed ( In bigger size ) & pump transfer the Liquids in the float tank which is connected with filling machine.
The entire Plant can be operated by centralised operating panel by one operator The plant is equipped with an electrical control panel with digital temperature indicators / controllers and digital timers.
Minimum two batches per shift of the same product can be assured in this plant.

Description of System

In the process of automatic coating of tablets the Tablet Coating needs to be supplemented by a correctly designed, versatile coating system.


CHITRA'STablet Coating System have been designed after a careful study of the needs of expert coaters such as Rotational Speed, Efficient AHU system, inlet & exhaust air cfm & efficient solution spraying system etc . etc .

CHITRA'STablet Coating System have very heavy & sturdy structure, made from SS304 pipes & sheets. Complete structure covered from outside. Processing Chamber designed with sealed from all side, in which negative pressure can be achieve. Chamber with 02 nos. of covers with hinges provided on two sides (left &right) of the structure to clean and remove /replacethe pan.

Ipc Lifter

OPERATIONThis equipment is most useful to lift the IPC to transfer the material from IPC to other container or in hopper of any equipment. Colloid Mill

OPERATIONProduct fed into the operating area by means of specially designed feeding device is subjected to high shearing, cutting and rubbing forces between stator and rotor. Due to conical arrangement and the centrifugal effect of the rotor rotating at a high speed (2800 RPM), the material is forced in to the next tooth stage. The tooth vibrations which subject the particles with high degree of forces. Intence whirling multiples the grinding and mixing effect. Due to the slightly deviating tapeirng of the milling surface of the stator and rotor, the angular gap becomes narrower towards the discharge section. The processed material continuously leave the mill through the drain pipe, if required it can be re-circulated. Contra Rotating Mixer

"CHITRA" TOOTHPASTE MANUFACTURING MIXER consists of a Main Manufacturing Vessel also known as Contra Mixer. Contra Mixer as the name suggest works on the principle of Contra rotation of Blades for simultaneous beating and scraping operation. The mixer is highly versatile and mostly used for manufacturing Tooth Paste, Creams, Cosmetics and other viscous products.The Mixing Assembly consists of series of paddle type blades of appropriate shape to move the material back towards the centre of the container. The paddle type blades are provided on the central shaft which runs through a hollow shaft on which other sets of blades are welded. Both the sets of blades intermeshes with each other and rotates in clockwise and anti-clockwise direction respectively and one sets also scraps the container wall for thorough and uniform mixing of the material. The mixer is so designed to withstand high vacuum applied during the process for optimum mixing. Contra Mixer is provided with a jacket for cooling or heating as per the application. The vessel shall have a shell of suitable thickness with a hemispherical bottom and flanged top dish made out of S.S. 316 plate. The vessel shall be jacketed with MS jacket ( SS304 jacket provided on extra cost on demand, if required ) of suitable with stiffeners suitable for steam pressure of 4 to 5 Kg/cm2. The jacket shall be insulated with 50 mm thick glass wool insulation and shall be cladded with 16 SWG M.S. or SS304 material. The vessel shall be suitable for 600 to 700 mm of Hg vacuum and internal pressure of 3 Kgs / cm2. The top lid of the Mixer m/c shall be provided with hydraulic lifting and lowering arrangement, if required. Cream Manufacturing Plant

INTRODUCTIONThe Ointment Manufacturing Plantsare ideal tools for the pharmaceutical & cosmetic industries for the production of Ointment, Cream, Lotions, Tooth Paste & other emulsions & homogenizations.It is specially designed to take care of two critical factors which directly affects the quality of the Ointment / Creams. Minimum man handling of Ointment. Negligible vacuum drop during mixing & blending. Needless to say, it also provides the benefits of the effective manpower utilization. Ointment Manufacturing Plant consist the following equipments and accessories. ( 02 nos.) This system consist of a closed circuit manufacturing facility from feeding of Wax / Water Phase to loading the hopper of filling machine. The Wax and Water at required temperature are transferred to Manufacturing Vessel or Planetory Mixer, by vacuum through conical filter. The product during emulsion formation is recirculated through Ointment Transfer Pump The Pump also discharges the product in the Storage Vessel. The Storage Vessel is then taken to the filling area and is connected to again Ointment Transfer Pump. Or Storage Vessel remain fixed ( In bigger size ) & pump transfer the ointments in the hopper of the Ointment Filling Machine. The entire Plant can be operated by centralised operating panel by one operator . The plant is equipped with an electrical control panel with digital temperature indicators and digital timers. Minimum two batches per shift of the same product can be assured in this plant. This plant conforms to CGMP standards (Paint Free Construction). OINTMENT / CREAM MANUFACTURING PLANT THE SALIENT FEATURES OF THE OITMENT PLANT ARE AS FOLLOWS The Plant is designed to be operated only by one operator and one helper. All material transfers are done by vacuum or by transfer pumps. All the vessels are CGMP (paint free construction) The gaskets used are of silicon (food grade). All contact parts are of S.S. 304 quality material (SS316 provided on demand) & finished to class 4B (Mirror) finish and are crevice free. The entry of all agitators are from top & High Speed Emulsifier from bottom or In-line Emulsifier ( as per customer choice ). All vessels are suitable for internal pressure of 1 Kg. / Sq. cm. and hence can be sterilized. All pipes, pipe fittings and valves are of SS304 / SS316 ( as per customer requirement ) seamless quality, internally electro polished, with tri-clover ended joints. The entire plant is equipped with CIP & SIP connections, so that customer can use these facility, if have CIP & SIP equipment. All values of temperature & time of the plant are indicated digitally on the control panel. Ampere indicates on Ampere meters. A micro processor based automatic operating plant can be designed as per requirement. All the inlet & outlet connections are provided with tri clover joints, which are very easy for cleaning & replacement.
