International taxation we assist the foreign clients in entity structuring for indian forays, transaction structuring, advising on the agreements and contracts from tax perspective, understanding and advising on treaty benefits, regulatory compliances and establishing sound global taxation policies.

Service tax we are rendering services for the service tax registration and classification of services. Also we are advising on the applicability and assistance in procedural compliance with complete outsourcing capabilities. We assist clients in planning of the incidence of tax at initial stage of the transactions including reverse charge mechanism and refund.
