Black Orthodox Tea

Black Orthodox Tea is more oxidized or fermented than the Green Tea and oolong tea so it is stronger in flavor and darker in color than the less oxidized teas. It is first withered to induce protein breakdown and reduce water content (68-70%), then rolled releasing the leaf juices and enzymes that activate oxidation. The process takes 45-120 minutes

Formosa Pouchong Tea

Formosa Pouchong is a type of Oolong Tea but closer to Green Tea. Oolong is usually about 30% fermented but F. Pouchong is 15-18%. This wonderful Formosa Pouchong has delicate, slightly grassy or Vegetal with a very distinct floral character. Formosa Pouchong Tea is very delicious and refreshing. White Tea

White Tea is made from leaves harvested while very young, and the buds are still covered in very fine, white hairs (silver tips). These hairs are what which gives white tea its name.
