AUTO TMT TAIL BY-PASS AND AUTO CUT . PROGRAMMABLE ENCODER BASED AUTO CUT UNIT(Control your Rotary Sheare and TMT box): Programmable Encoder based Auto control system, while sensing the hot object by Electronic photo sensor unit. This Auto control system can achieve A) Fully Automatic cutting of hot metal on your cooling Bed with an accuracy of “+ 4” approximate for any mills speed. B) Digital display provides the numbers of BILLET, C) For TMT Plant Auto By-Pass of last lap through the TMT box, (1) If last piece of Ingots is equal or smaller than required cut Length + (Plus) required length for TMT By-Pass, Then it will make standards By-Pass of random. (2) If last piece of Ingots is greater than required cut length + (Plus) required length for TMT By-Pass, then it will make two pieces, i.e. one piece is required cut length and another piece is balance length, while TMT Auto By-Pass saves break down time of the plant. D) ‘W’ channel changing to opposite side of every new entry of material on ‘W’ channel, this ensure smooth functioning of cutting and shearing ’W’ channel. PROGRAMMABLE AUTO TAIL BREAK UNIT : One single episode of Cooling Bed jam is a lose of 15 to 20 minutes of Production which happens number of times in a day. Tail Break Unit works to stop the Rod coming from TMT Box to pick up at ease and to put into Cooling Bed one by one. So there is no Cooling Bed jam. This system can achieve (A) Fully Automatic control your Tail Break Solinoids , (B) Easy pick up from Channel of Cooling Bed, (C) Easy Setting, (D) Saves Breakdown Time & accident. ELECTRONIC PHOTO SENSOR (HMD): Electronic Photo Sensor is useful in detecting the presence of luminous as well as non luminous object in ferrous / non ferrous Industries. It is capable of sensing / responding to any hot metal above 500 degree centigrade and up to 1200 degree centigrade for a distance between 1 meter and 2 meter depending on light intensity illumination of hot object. COUNTER UNIT : Our Automatic Counter Unit able to perform error less of Ingot Counting and Piece Counting of Cooling Bed. While coming out from furnish it can also count the rejected Ingots and also used Ingots.
