The whole mechanism is completed with the packaging and the end product comes out in containers of 500 ml, 1 litre, 2 litres and 20 litre of mineral water. We like to call it Dafey Mineral Water. Apart from this, Dzahuna is privileged to be the first Tofu manufacturing unit in whole North Bengal.Basically, Tofu is a food product made by curding soymilk. Quite similar to cheese in terms of production. It is significant for its rich protein and iron content and less calorie count. Scientific research and tests reveal that Tofu carries many hidden health benefits and provides ailment to some diseases like stomach cancer. It is used as a substitute for meat and has been used as a part of daily diet in many Southeast countries of Asia. Tofu processing and storing is a difficult task for manufacturers, yet our processing and storage techniques have never failed to satisfy our customers.
