We deal in "Four Bar Rotary Creasing & Cutting Machine".   We design and develop four bar rotary creasing & cutting machine that is used for cutting & creasing of corrugated boards simultaneously. The machine is sturdy and contains graded alloy steel knives for smooth cutting. Gauges are provided for accurate cutting & creasing of sheets as per required measurement.

The machine is used to manually cut the corrugation board & liner paper. The cutting arm is well balanced to enable free cutting with the slightest pressure. Front & back guides are provided with the machine far exact cutting.

Our sheet pasting (gluing machine) is used for applying glue on the tip of the corrugation 2 ply sheets to make different ply. It consists of three rollers which is smoothly finished to ensure even lamination of boards. Wheels with eccentric bushes are provided to the one roller for the adjustment far optimum application of gum & one far even impression on 2 ply board. Hard Chromed rollers are provided far economy and better quality at an additional cast.

These machines are used for trimming, creasing, slotting and corner cutting of sheets simultaneously. It has four creasing heads, four trimming heads, three slotting heads and one corner cutting head. Chain feeding arrangement is provided with two side gauges to feed the board. The creaser & slotter heads are easily adjustable to the required size.
