Our Burner is developed in association IIP is highly efficient and cost-effective. Our IIP Film Burner is fabricated using high grade components assure fuel saving up to 10-15% by utilizing excess air below 10%. The process of atomization of fuel that minimizes thin film in the shape of a hollow cylinder located inside the burner that releases primary air up to 700 mm w.g. is the reason behind efficient fuel saving.

We manufacture Heating & Pumping Unit that is fabricated for pre-heating the fuel at required pressure. Herein, the unwanted excessive fuel turn back to the unit that is known as ring main system. Our Heating & Pumping Unit is available with two fuel pump, the other one is as stand-by, kept for situations like accidental failure. The Unit is equipped with standard heavy-duty fittings that are tested for heating and pressure flow capacity.

We provide Recuperator that is widely used in various industries for utilization of waste heat from thermic fluid heaters and boilers. When allied with coal, it ensures saving of coal consumption up to 25%. Our Recuperators that preheats the combustion air from fuel gases to a temperature ranging from 250-350^oC recycles the waste heat back to the furnaces saves up to 12-15% of furnace oil. The usual payback period on installation is just 5-7 months.

We provide Blower that is efficiently designed to render excellent CFM volume pressure air ensuring low power consumption. The Fuel Save Centrifugal Steel Plate Air Blowers are constructed to supply air to combustion system, which can be applied where low pressure air is required. The impellers fitted in the Blower are well-balanced before assembly. Furthermore, the Blowers are equipped with Squirrel Cage, TEFC, and Induction Motors of reputed makes such as ABB, NGEF, Crompton, Kirloskar, etc. There are options available for direct drive/shaft driven through "V" Belts.

We design and manufacture world-class Coal Pulveriser. It is an important element integral to the long term success of Low Nitrogen Oxide combustion systems. The increased use of low Nitrogen Oxide burners in the past 10 years has instigated a need for further development of coal pulveriser technology in an effort to ensure efficient operation of furnace for minimizing gaseous emissions (NO2, CO, HC) and unburned carbon in fly ash. We, at Saroorpur Machine Tools, have been developing improved coal pulveriser technology during the past several years to meet these challenging demands. Our Pulverisers have been upgraded for better coal fineness
and longer service life.
