High Speed Dispersers are considered as most versatile equipment for paint production. The process of dispersion is carried out by the centrally located shaft having Saw tooth impeller & running at high speed (1000 to 1400 RPM). Fly Ash is the major constituent of the ash generated from Pulverized and Fluidized bed Coal-fired boilers. The Fly ash gets collected at various points, with most of it in ESP hoppers. One of the methods for handling Fly Ash is Wet system in which the ash is mixed with water to form slurry which is pumped to slurry pit.Mixing of Fly Ash in Water & preparation of homogeneous Slurry is of Utmost importance for disposing off the Fly Ash Slurry.
