This equipment is basically a mixing assembly where the agitation pattern is of the planetary nature. The beater or the agitation assembly rotate around itself as well as travel in a circle in the bowl thereby achieving intimate mixing. Because of special design feature of shifting the mass is uniformly and intimately mixed.

The planetary mixer unit consists of Bowl SS Cylindrical bowl with torispherical dished bottom with inside surface polished to smooth finish. MS Jacket on cylindrical and torispherical area to operate on 3 Kg / cm sq. Steam pressure Complete with steam inlet and cold water inlet and outlet connections with standard fitting like pressure gauge, vent cock, release valve and drain. Bowl also suitable for vacuum application and fitted with 3 nos. of castor wheel, two fixed and one swivel type. Suitable locking lugs for fixing bowl to the machine.

Dust Extractor is used to prevent dust accumulation and avoid cross contamination in pharmaceutical industry, when tablets are being manufactured. When used this tableting dust collector, it helps reducing the mechanical strain on the tablet making machine through dust removal from the punches and dies. When dust accumulation is avoided on the dies, breakdowns are minimized and efficiency increased.

Dust extractor machine has a very effective shaking mechanism useful in dislodging the dust which is then removed off by the fans of dust collection system. The Fan and filter compartments are also accessible through a door for ease of inspection and maintenance.

Inspection Belt is suitable for visual inspection of tablets from both the sides. The speed of feeding of tablet can be regulated by electronic regulator. The tablets are inspected on one side and automatically get reversed and travel on lower belt for inspection on the other side of the tablet.

The rejected tablets are removed by hand and passed tablets are routed to a container through a magnetic chute to hold for any foreign / steel particulate. Inspection Belts Units are specially designed with Stainless Steel grade 304 and are equipped with Food Grade PVC endless belt.

The OCTAGONAL BLENDER is an efficient and versatile blending machine for mixing and lubrication process of dry granules homogeneously. Two third of the volume of the Cone Blender is filled to ensure proper mixing. The Octagonal Blender Machine gives best result for granules due to very slow speed and octagon shape of container. It can be used for Pharmaceutical, Food, Chemical and Cosmetic products etc. In Octagonal Blender the granules comes from all sides due to the octagonal shape of the product container, hence requirement of RPM is less. Suitable mainly for Crystalline & Granular type material. SALIENT FEATURES :

Product is fed to the operating area of rotor, having a speed of 2800 rpm by specially designed feed device.

The product is processed by high shear, pressures, friction between the stator rotors; it is also subjected to intensive vibration which exerts their force on it by means of pressing releasing actions.

Due to the slightly deviating tapering of the milling surfaces of stator-rotor, the angular gap becomes narrower towards the discharge section.

This processed product continuously leaves the mill through the drain pipe and can be recalculated, if required.
