 Gujarat Foils Ltd was established in 1992- was primary sheet product supplier to the Indian market.  Top Worth Group took over the company in 2008 under the Chairmanship of Mr Abhay Lodha a first generation entrepreneur.  The Group has extensive presence in the field of steel, pipes and power .  Current turnover of the group is INR 4000 crore plus and Gujarat Foils Ltd is a public listed company at the Bombay stock exchange.  Gujarat Foils Ltd • Plant is located in the western state of India namely, Gujarat – 35 km from Ahmedabad. • Work force : 200 employees plus with marketing offices in Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Delhi, Navi Mumbai, Dubai. • Currently manufacturing 400 mt per month of Aluminium foil products and 600 mt per month of sheet products. • One imported state of art Achenbach foil rolling mill – German make and one sheet mill. • In house conversion facilities for manufacturing blister, strip foil both unprinted and printed. • Most of the employees in key areas are having more than 15 years experience in the Aluminium industry with India Foils and erstwhile INDAL . • We are capable of supplying pinhole free Aluminium foil up to 30 micron. • Certifications : Having ISO 9000, 14000 and 22000 plus DMF. • Corporate office located at Ceejay house, Worli, Mumbai. • The Aluminium business is headed by Mr Prasenjit Datta Ex-CEO of India Foils Ltd and Ex WTD of ESSDEE Aluminium supported by Mr.Ajoy Malhotra ex Marketing Head India Foils Limited and ex CMO ESSDEE Aluminium Limited . • Current customers in India are : Lupin, Sun Pharma, Cadila group, Macleods, Aurobindo, Positive Packaging, Granules India Etc. • We also supply to host of converters - Pharma grade foil and light gauge foil upto 9 micron – for lamination with Pet or Bopp or Paper or LDPE. • Future plans : One more Achenbach foil rolling mill and increase in capacity for converted products by March 2013.
