Helios Procurement Co. P/L is a Purchasing and Supply Management Company whose focus is to provide procurement solutions. Procurement is a process (rather than an event like buying) of strategic purchasing and supply of services, goods and equipment in conformance with applicable laws and regulations with the aim of adding value to the supply chain and organizational spend. To date the company has developed a procurement package that has led to the development of four main different divisions but all being guided by the fundamentals of strategic sourcing and supply. The three divisions that constitute Helios Procurement Co. P/L are Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, Installation and CAPEX Equipments. In all the three different divisions the company has managed to offer its procurement package to the ever-increasing pool of clients either as an out – sourcing / in-sourcing partner. The procurement package is tailor-made to suit the different needs of Helios Procurement’s clientele base and is designed to generate meaningful savings. Savings made on procuring through Helios Procurement as opposed to the open market is quantified upon the request of client and is used as a basis for doing future business with Helios as an integrated strategic partner. Helios Procurement imports its strategic stock from overseas after negotiations with the key suppliers of these equipments.
