We are offering malleable ductile iron castings. The company was set up in the year 1959 and started production in 1961. Since then it has been manufacturing graded , malleable & ductile iron castings weighing 20 grams to 100 kgs. We have a mechanized foundry with a battery of induction furnaces supported by development , processing & quality control department. The foundry is supported by well equipped pattern shop, fettling & grinding shop, heat treatment shop having bell & pit cycle annealing furnaces, machine shop, physical, chemical & metallorgaphic testing facilities and spectrometer for chemical analysis. The company has been awarded iso 9001-2008 and iso ts 16949 2009, certificates by bsi management systems india pvt. Ltd and also environmental management system iso 14001 certification from qsi, . Which conforms our commitment to quality we got specialization in manufacturing insulator caps, 120 knr, 160 knr & 70 knr. Also we are manufacturing automobile castings, railway ohe fittings etc.
