COMPANY PORTFOLIO
The Factory is situated at Bal Kalan Industrial Area, Majitha Road, Amritsar. Driven by young experienced Professionals, the Factory is equipped enough to fulfill all types of production requirements and related needs. It covers an area of approximately 18000 square feet; erected with voguish infrastructure, engraved with white flooring all around. Factory has well furnished stainless steel machinery for all manufacturing and packing related activities.The factory is divided into different sections such as capsule section, liquid section, ointment section, powder section, and also has a modern, up to date Laboratory with qualified Doctors and Chemists.
LIQUID SECTION​
This Section is basically used for producing liquid products like syrups, shampoos, face wash etc. A DM Plant is installed in the factory which initially works for purifying water by controlling its PH & TDS level and extracting out polished & odourless water. Good Quality herbs and extracts are utilized in production process.
CAPSULE SECTION
This section is principally run for processing orders related to capsule ayurvedic medicines. It possesses around 4 capsule filling semi- automatic stainless steel (304) machines, operated by the skilled liveware. These machines can fill capsules ranging from 400 milligram to 1 gram and have a capacity to churn out around 100000 capsules per day. We also have an automatic counting machine that has a potentiality to fill more than 500 bottles with a variation of 10 to 100 capsules per bottle per day. There is an automatic labeling machine that is run to seal up the capsule bottles.​ Proper Hygiene and cleanliness is kept in mind while working in this section.
POWDER SECTION
​​Installed with hi-tech machinery, this section is run for manufacturing the powdered therapeutics like protein powder, herbal tea, green tea etc. It consists of 2 different kinds of cone mixers, high capacity grinders, automatic filling machine and different kinds of containers & equipments. The high capacity grinders installed to grind any kind of herbs in it and have a capacity to grind more than 500 kg of herbs per day. There is also a proper wash area where such herbs are genuinely washed so as to remove the dirt and pollutants from it. The 2 different kinds of stainless steel (304) cone mixers have an ability to fuse the lot of processed raw material ranging from 10 kg to 125 kg per lot mixing. The automatic filling machine fills the powder in the bottle ranging from 30 grams to 250 grams and has a propensity to fill more than 3000 per day.
