Below given are some important information about our capabilities. - production capacity of about 82,000 tpa. - offers a very wide range of aluminum profiles up to 400mm width depending upon the intricacy of profile. - over 6,000 profiles backed by more than 12, 000 dies working in continuous rotation to meet the requirements of our esteemed clients from architecture, aerospace, automobile, defense, electronics & electrical, furniture, industrial, marine and modular structure systems. - in-house tool & die shop supported with autocad drawing department, to provide quick solution for new dies (capacity to develop 150-200 new dies per month ) - iso 9001: 2008 certified supplier, since 1994 by bis. - self sufficient in its energy requirement - set-up own 12.04mw wind-power plant under green technology initiatives - in-house billet casting facility for better quality control on raw material as well as well competent to provide customized alloys - profiles available in mill finish, anodizing and powder coating finishes in customized colors. - offers various aluminum alloys taking into account the different applications of the profiles (such as aa1050, 2014, 2024, 3003, 3004, 5086, 6005, 6060, 6060, 6063, 6066, 6082, 6101, 6262, 6351, 7075 grades and customized alloys as well) - shortest lead time for existing profiles - 2 weeks. - well equipped qa department with state-of-the-art equipments such as computerized spectrovac for metal analysis, carl zess microscope for metallographic examination & other imported equipments. - india's first and only extrusion plant to get aluminium mill approval certification from american bureau of shipping (abs) to supply marine grade extrusions and hsb global-europe certification for the supply of extrusion to boiler and pressure vessel industry. - exports to more than 26 countries across the globe usa, canada, brazil, uk, germany, denmark, france, sweden, australia, poland, gulf countries and some african countries.
