VENULUX TECHNICAL FEATURES : VENULUX LED Street Lights have been manufactured by Joshi Electronics and Electricals Pvt. Ltd. The Company has been into electrical & electronics products since last 30 years providing Reliable products and services . • LED from OSRAM Germany : LED’s are specifically imported from OSRAM Germany . The LED’s have Factory Fitted Lens providing the reliable photometry from each and every LED assembled . • Guidance from OSRAM Germany : Joshi Electronics has long association with OSRAM Germany and represent for Zenon lamps for number of years . OSRAM provided the technical guidance for building the VENULUX. • LM80 Certification for LED from OSRAM Germany : OSRAM has tested the LED for LM80 tests which Guarantees for long life of the product and the certification is available from us. • Effective Heat Management : VENULUX heat management is Unique and uses the Heat Pipes to extract the heat from LED and distribute uniformly over the effective surface area on Aluminum Extrusion. This helps in keeping the Junction Temperature to optimum level and increases the Longevity of the Lamps. • Magnetic Ballast : The Driver used in VENULUX is with Magnetic Ballast which adds to the reliability for the Driver along with Minimum harmonic distortion. The magnetic ballast will be much more reliable than Electronic ballast . We can easily provide the required Warranty for the product . • IP 65 Enclosure : The VENULUX has been tested for IP65 protection at MSME Laboratory Mumbai . • Built with Reliability : The VENULUX has been Manufactured & Tested as per the Work Instructions laid down with our experience of producing the electrical goods . The work force is trained properly to produce consistent Quality Product . • LM79 Certification: The VENULUX has been sent to US Laboratory for providing Assurance to customer regarding the complete performance for our product .
