The peninsula in western India and part of the Saurashtra region, Kathiawar is known for producing finest ground nuts in the world. For its big size, nutty flavor and crunchy taste peanuts of Kathiawar has always been a great ingredient in making several foods and snack preparation. Peanut oil is one among the splendid cooking ingredients among Indian household since generations due to its taste, aroma and natural attributes.
The visionary Kaneriya brothers established its first oil extraction facility at Rajkot in the year 1979. Procuring fine grade produces from rich surrounding; Kaneriya Oil Industries started their debut production with 100% natural, double filtered groundnut oil under the brand ‘RANI‘. The superior quality ‘RANI‘ brand edible oil soon became the most admired brand in the market. In the year 1991, Kaneriya Oil Industries added cottonseed oil variant by establishing one more ultra-modern ‘Alfa Laval’ facility at kadi (Mehsana). Along with its two flagship products – double filtered groundnut oil and refined cottonseed oil, brand ‘RANI’ produces refined sunflower oil, refined corn oil, and refined soya bean oil. Multiple packaging variants like a jar, tap jar, bottle and tin packaging are available to provide convenience based on consumption pattern of the consumer. The in-house facility for making various packaging, ensure food grade quality as per the international standards. Fully automated machines and minimal human intervention in processes ensure all the hygiene standards.
