We are offering laboratory oven.
Our laboratory ovens are double walled convection heated units. Outer body of our hot air oven are constructed out of thick pcrc sheet duly pre-treated with primers and rust proofing and painted with long lasting stove enamel or elegantly powder coated. The inner chamber is made of heavy gauge stainless steel sheet of ss-304 grade. The gap between the walls is filled high grade mineral glass wool, which ensures maximum thermal efficiency in our laboratory ovens
the unit is mounted on a sturdy steel frame and provided with castor wheels (large sized models only) for easy movement inside the laboratory. The unit is provided with one to three stainless steel shelves (as per the inner size).
heating:
indirect three side heating system is provided in our units, comprising of air heaters made of high grade kanthal a-1 wires of suitable wattage. the warm air is evenly distributed throughout the chamber through efficient motor fans ensuring a very good temperature sensitivity.
Temperature range:
temperature range of our standard laboratory oven models are 5o c above ambient temperature to 200 c. however we have the capacity to modify the same to suit the individual specialized requirements of our customers.
Temperature sensitivity:
temperature inside our hot air ovens are controlled with a sensitivity of + 1 c or better.

Trays made s.s sheet to carry dead bodies are provided with handles. Trays travel on rollers fitted with ball bearings for easy movement. We are offering water bath incubator shaker - metabolic shaker.
It is a double walled unit with inside made of thick s.s. Sheet and outer of m.s. Sheet duly ponders cotied painted. he paramedical lid made of s.s. Prevents falling of condensed water droplets on the specimens. Heating is achieved through an immersion type heater and the temperature is controlled by ego/jumo german hydraulic type thermostat with an accuracy of + 0.5. The bath has an oscillating tray riding on bass rollers oscillated through a geared variable speed motor. Shaking speed range is between 20 to 200 cycles per minute. The shaking tray can either hold test tubes or erlenmeyer flasks of 25mlk or 50ml or 100ml or 250ml or 500ml or 1000ml as ordered by the users. (kindly maintain the capacity of the flasks while ordering). Supplied complete with one shaking tray, paramedical cover, l shaped thermometer cord and plug, to work on 220/230 volts a.c. Supply. Available with heating arrangement only (halving temperature range from ambient to 100c) or with both heating and cooling arrangements
