How does it work?

• Weight loss : The weight loss activity of Garcinia cambogia is mainly due to Hydroxycitric acid or HCA present in it. As reported from various research studies, Garcinia cambogia helps in weight loss by boosting the burning of accumulated body fat and cutting down the appetite. Garcinia cambogia appears to block the enzyme called ‘adenosine triphosphate citrate lyase’ which body uses to make fat.
• Appetite lowering : Garcinia increases the levels of Serotonin – a chemical within the brain that suppresses the hunger.

Recommended dosage

• Take 1 capsule in the morning and 1 capsule in the evening on empty stomach before meals.
• Just like any medicine, supplements, if taken in excess can pose serious side effects.
