For complex casting design, help of CAD-CAM is taken for accurate dimensions of casting. Our skilled crafts men have years of experience in making pattern to exacting tolerances in wooden, metallic, plastic/epoxy resin materials as per the quality and quantity requirement, via traditional methods. We make patterns for sand castings (for hand and machine moulding) may be of wood, metal or plastics, to exacting standards of construction so that they can last for a reasonable length of time. Patterns are incorporated with suitable allowances for contraction and draft depending upon alloy being cast. In consultation with the customer, gating system can be designed and incorporated.
