The coater will apply a metered amount of coating on both sides of the strip simultaneously. Metering of coating thickness will be achieved by varying the speed and direction of the applicator and pick up roll, together with fine adjustment of pressure between the applicator roll pick up roll and applicator roll strip. The coater is designed to apply coatings in a two roll (or 3 roll top) forward or reverse roll application. Frame side plates of solid ground steel. Sufficient clearance is maintained between all braces, stationary and movable components and strip pass line for safety purpose and maintenance. Applicator roll covered with material suitable for chemical coating application.

This weld detecting sensor works on the principle of photo-electricity. The scanning signal sensor housed in an ip54 aluminum casing & uses a high sensitive photoelectric sensor and low focal length lenses having vertical coverage of 15 degree and horizontal coverage of 5 degree. The sensor is mounted anywhere in the line after the welder and can be activated by any ordinary fluorescent tube light, or halogen light or sodium vapor lamp depending on the line speed located behind the material.
