We understand that our Engines are used by the farmers , who around the world are not very rich people, so we want to give them the best quality in the lowest price. We understand the pain of farmers, when his field needs water through a pumping set and if engine does not work,so Considering all these issues we control the quality of each parts of engine and make sure its functioning in the engine. For the quality control we have a separate department in which the quality of our products are tested and examined throughout the entire process of the production, supply and packaging by the experts. There are some steps which we take to ensure the quality which are as follows: Examine the raw materials which we brought from the trustworthy vendors Observed the product throughout the processing stage very carefully Make sure that the product matches the clients specification. Our engines are BIS approved by Govt. of India, and to keep quality check on our engines, the Govt. officials do a yearly test on our engines, where in the SFC, load capacity etc is being checked. We are a ISO 9001:2008 accredited company, where in our complete management system is being valued by the ISO issuing company. Our Quality uses the approaches of lean manufacturing systems using tools like KAIZEN, 5S AND 3C. Our Team The team work is very important for the successful growth of any organization.
