Roasting of chicory cubes is being carried out by firewood roaster at the temp ranging from 100-145C for the duration of 1.30 hours. Each Batch contain 350.00 Kgs of roasted chicory cubes.
PACKING:
In sound jute/LDPE bags lined with 250gauge HDPE. Net weight 35kg.
HDPE bag is sealed separately and jute bag is being well stitched to avoid spillage,
Each bag is being marked showing net weight, batch number and the month of roasting.

Roasted Chicory grains is also specially manufactured from selected roots roasted at 140-150C in traditional firewoods roaster and being grinded in a heat control grinder for the better aroma and taste.
PACKING:
Roasted Chicory grains is being packed in 25 Kg inner 300 micron food graded poly bags and outer HDPE Bags with the mark of Batch No, Manuf Date, ect.
Groundnut Cake we supply is made from groundnut seeds free from any kind of Foreign material (e: g Stones, Sands, Plastic, Gudka pouches, groundnut shell & damage groundnut seeds etc). This product is from human consummation so all the hygienic practice while manufacturing Groundnut Cake is being adopted.
PACKING:
In sound HDPE. Net weight app 50.00kg. HDPE bag is sealed properly to avoid spillage and fresd bags should be use for packing Groundnut Cake.
