The company was incorporated on June 1986, and subsequently it was converted into Public limited company and in May, 1992. In 1995, the Company setup a multipurpose manufacturing plant at Panoli, Ankleshwar, Gujarat, India to manufacture Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs) and Intermediates. The plant of the Company at Panoli is a highly ‘versatile’ plant. Besides all other facilities, it has an independent building as “Powder Processing Area/Finishing Area” with proper air filter system in place and with all the machineries are of GMP standards.
