Our product Qualizen VR (Viscosity Reducer) is fed in Pans in Sugar factories to Increase the fluidity & reducing the viscosity of the mother liquor for producing better crystal growth. It can be used in other industries also for reducing the viscosity

QUALIZEN BC-1 is blend of Quarternary Ammonium Compound base Mill sanitation Biocides & QUALIZEN BC-2 is a blend of Di-Thio Carbamate base Mill Sanitation Biocides . Both these biocides have high degree of kill rate to antimicrobes & polysaccharide producing organisms like leuconostoc mesenteroid, leuconostoc , various yeasts like saccharomyces , torula & pichia & various bacteria like pseudomonas , bacillus subtills , bacillus cereus and fungi found & are highly reactive contaminants in the milling zone in sugar factories.
