Hf-erw pipes are made from hot rolled flat steel strip, formed into tubular shape and the longitudinal seam is welded by the application of mechanical squeezing of edges and heating the edges through high frequency electric resistance applied by induction or conduction.

U- Tube heat exchanger comprises a set of U-shaped tubes fixed to a Tube Sheet and get supported by flow baffles or tube support and placed in a shell welded or bolted to the Tube Sheet.

The two ends of a set of straight tubes are fixed to two Tube Sheets, welded or bolted to the Shell. One fluid passes through the Tubes and the other through the Shell. Such Heat Exchangers are used in applications where the fluid have high fouling properties . They are also used in applications with high occurrence of temperature cross. Ratnamani's internal liquid coating plant is designed to apply a suitable spray coating on the inside surface of pipes for transportation of oil, gas, water & any types of liquids. Liquid Epoxy coating is applied on abrasively cleaned internal surface of pipe with the coating thickness minimum 60 m & Maximum up to 2000 m with single or multi coat as required.

The pipes are supplied according to appropriate standards as well as customer specifications in a large variety of steel grades and dimensions. Specific requirements on execution, tolerances, lengths, and mechanical & chemical properties are offered on request.
