John is a Marine Engineer who is working in the Oil Tanker Industry & Offshore Oil and Gas industry for over 19 years. He graduated from The Marine Institute of Memorial University of Newfoundland in 1995, and has been working in these fields ever since. He started his first work term as a Marine Engineering Cadet 1993 with Imperial Oil on one of their coastal oil tankers, the "Imperial Bedford.". John has worked in many areas around the world. Last 5 years, he has taken part in the construction process of several brand new oil rig construction projects both in Singapore and Korea. He presently is employed by a Mexican Company, Group-R, working in the Southern Gulf of Mexico. Siddharth (Sid) Shah Siddharth (Sid) is the Founder and Managing Director of Revata Engineering, which has its international sales office based in Singapore and engineering facility based in Pune, India. Revata has a diverse customer base, located across over 30 countries in 5 continents. Over the last 14 years, Siddharth has worked globally in responsible positions in areas of Procurement, Production, Logistics and HSE. This wide exposure has given him an in-depth knowledge of the modalities of international business and a deep understanding of industry specific processes.
