Our large cultivation farms of over 500 acres are located amidst a natural habitat of flora and fauna at the Coorg District in the Western Ghats of India one of the traditionally best coffee growing areas with conducive climatic factors and rainfall. They are efficiently managed by qualified biologists ensuring a constant supply of high grade products without delays.Our coffee plant is located in a 4 acre campus in Bangalore with complete facilities for drying, curing, grading, sorting, packaging and storing. At our coffee curing works we process coffee beans from all over India in addition to our own produce. Our processes in coffee are noteworthy as we follow a system of quality selection at the farm level. Each lot of coffee seeds and shell coffee is inspected on farm by our dedicated team, approving coffees that meet our screening and cupping requirements. The selectively picked coffee lots are documented and the shipment recorded to provide foolproof origin tracing. All coffees are cured in the controlled environment of Bangalore. This is primarily because Bangalore is a relatively dry area with low humidity and less exposure to moisture when compared to coffee origins.

We are offering dry ginger.
Zingiber officinale, is a perennial creeping plant, with thick tuberous rhizome, producing a an erect stem 1-3 ft tall. Ginger is the underground stem of the ginger plant. It has a fiery and pungent flavor. Ginger has several medicinal uses, commonly known for its effectiveness as a digestive aid.

When the fruit matures it bursts open along the groove exposing the bright attractive mace, covering the hard black, shiny shell of the seed called nutmeg. It has a nutty, warm and slightly sweet flavor. Nutmeg is used as a drug in eastern countries and nutmeg oil is used in cosmetics and toiletries.

Cloves are the unopened pink flower buds of the evergreen clove tree. The buds are picked by hand when they are pink and dried until they turn brown in color. Cloves have a warm, sweet and aromatic taste that evokes the sultry tropical climates where they are grown. They have several antiseptic and antibiotic properties.

Fenugreek seed is the ripe fruit of an annual herb. This robust herb has light green leaves and produces slender, beaked pods. Each pod contains 10-20 small hard yellowish brown fenugreek seeds. Odour and taste are typical, a bit of cellery and bitter. Fenugreek is used both as a herb (the leaves) and as a spice (the seed). Fresh tender pods, leaves and shoots are eaten as curried vegetable. As a spice, it flavours food. Powder of dried leaves is also used for garnishing and flavouring variety of food.
