We have recently installed 4500 ton open die forging press along with 60 ton rail bound manipulator along with related heat treatment furnaces based on n gas, polymer and water quenching tanks in a new heavy steel forging plant located in baroda city of gujarat state of india.
We can manufacture and supply following products upto 40 tons weight single piece.
• forged steel flanges up to 72"
• forged steel bars, rolls and shafts, step shafts from 160 to 1000 mm dia.
• discs forgings up to 3000 mm dia.
• valve body, hollow shell, rings, forgings etc.
we can manufacture all above products in various types of steels like carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, duplex stainless steel etc.
We have our own heavy machining facility and in house test facility for quality control along with qualified and experienced manpower in the field of heavy forgings.
