We have therefore laid special stress on various aspects like the forging design, perfection in machining, surface finish and internal grinding on the big and the small end sides. Centre distance between the big and the small ends is strictly maintained to facilitate a smooth and even stroke of the engine. Special attention is also paid to the lubrication of the big end lateral surfaces. If felt necessary, suitable modifications are made to the lubrication slots or the bronze or hardened steel lateral washers. \"SICO\" Connecting Rods are tested to high levels of precision with some of the best available testing equipment.
