We offer Alu-Alu Cold Forming Base Foil for pharmaceutical blister packing. It is suitable for all kinds of flat bed blister packing machines. We offer unprinted as well as printed cold forming foil. Foil is either surface printed on OPA side or reverse rotogravure printing is done on OPA film prior to lamination with aluminium foil. In case customer wish to print alu alu cold forming foil at their end, then it needs to be coated with print primer according to printing method (rotogravure or flexo).   We offer wide range of structures of alu-alu cold forming base foil, as recommended by customer or their machine supplier. The commonly used standard structures are as follows :  25 micron OPA film / 45 micron aluminium foil / 60 micron rigid PVC film  25 micron OPA film / 50 micron aluminium foil / 60 micron rigid PVC film  25 micron OPA film / 60 micron aluminium foil / 60 micron rigid PVC film.   In case of these structures OPA side of the laminate is wound outside in reel form and PVC side inside. PVC side of this laminate is sealed with aluminium blister lidding foil. In case customer needs inverse winding, then same can also be offered on specific request.   All raw materials comply with requirement of CFR 21, 175.300 with direct contact to foodstuffs (indirect food additive) and thus to the basic requirements of FDA.   Detailed Technical Data Sheet is available on request.

We offer various PVC/PE and PVC/PVDC/PE structures for Suppository Packaging / mono dose  / unit dose packing. Offer thickness of PVC film, PVDC coating and PE film thickness as per customers’ requirement. There are two types of PE, one can provide permanent seal while other can open clearly at the time of peeling. In this case, PE (i.e. LDPE) comes in contact with product.   Mostly white opaque PVC films are used as base films. However, we can offer Amber/Orange/Brown or any other colours as per customer’s requirement for base PVC films.   Commonly used structures are as follows : 100 micron PVC film / 30 to 40 micron PE film. 120 micron PVC film / 30 to 40 micron PE film. 150 micron PVC film / 50 micron PE film. 250 micron PVC film / 50 micron PE film. 200 micron PVC film / 40 gsm PVDC coating / 40 or 50 micron PE film.   We can offer any structure as per recommendations of suppository/mono dose packing machine manufacturer.   Detailed Technical Data Sheet is available on request.

We offer PVC/PE/ PVDC Triplex Films for pharmaceutical blister packaging application involving deep and large cavity blister packs. PVDC coating improves the barrier properties of the film. These films are suitable for packing of hygroscopic/moisture sensitive products.   We can offer PVC/PE/PVDC structures as per customer’s requirements.    Commonly supplied structures are : PVC/PE/PVDC - 200/25/40 PVC/PE/PVDC - 200/25/60 PVC/PE/PVDC - 200/25/90 PVC/PE/PVDC - 250/25/40 PVC/PE/PVDC - 250/25/60 PVC/PE/PVDC - 250/25/90   These films are available in Glass Clear or any standard colour (transparent or opaque).   Detailed Technical Data Sheet is available on request.

We offer laminate webstock for production of lami tubes as per customer’s specifications. We offer unprinted lamitube webstock, suitable for flexo printing. We offer webstock with aluminium foil (ABL) and without aluminium foil i.e. consisting on only plastic films (PBL)   We offer various structures of ABL and PBL laminates as per customer’s requirement in reel form.
