G9 G10 FR4 GLASS EPOXY SHEET
G10 and FR4 glass cloth reinforced epoxy natural is typically a yellowish to light green color. The most versatile all-around laminate grades are continuous glass woven fabric impregnated with an epoxy resin binder. Epoxy resins are among the most versatile and widely used plastics in the electronics field, primarily because water absorption is virtually nil, rendering it an outstanding insulator.
Beyond its electrical insulating properties, epoxy resins exhibit great dimensional stability (shrinkage is usually less than 1 percent) and superior adhesive properties. G10/FR4 has extremely high mechanical strength, good dielectric loss properties, and good electric strength properties, both wet and dry.

NYLON SHEETS
Nylon was the first engineering resin and has been used in applications ranging from electronic, marine, and automotive industries to fibers used to make carpet. Nylon sheet has outstanding wear resistance and low frictional properties.
Nylon has very good temperature, chemical, and impact properties. Parts machined or fabricated from nylon are light weight and corrosion resistant. Low friction, good abrasion resistance and the ability to operate without lubrication, qualify the nylons for such applications. Parts machined or fabricated from cast nylon are light weight and corrosion resistant. In addition, cast nylon's excellent load bearing capability, wear resistance and impact resistance make it ideal for demanding construction environments.
Nylon sheet which has not been compounded with UV stabilizers are sensitive to ultraviolet light. These compounds should not be used for extended outdoor service. Carbonblack (our black Nylon Sheet) is the most effective of the UV stabilizers. These additives also increase tensile strength and hardness and decrease ductility and toughness slightly.

We are offering fiberglass epoxy sheets. Mechanical and structural properties, unique to industrial laminates, are invaluable where non corrosive, strong material is required. Phenolic sheet is a hard, dense material made by applying heat and pressure to layers of paper or glass cloth impregnated with synthetic resin. These layers of laminations are usually of cellulose paper, cotton fabrics, synthetic yarn fabrics, glass fabrics, or unwoven fabrics. When heat and pressure are applied to the layers a chemical reaction ( polymerization) transforms the layers into a high pressure thermosetting industrial laminated plastic. Skjd supplies laminates in a number of grades to suit different applications. These grades are achieved by combining various reinforcements with many types of thermosetting resin binders.

Rigid pvc is easily machined, heat formed, welded, and even solvent cemented. Pvc can also be machined using standard metal working tools and finished to close tolerances and finishes without great difficulty.
