Rotary geared type limit switches are used in control circuit of reversing drives so as to limit their rotationmovement to a pre-determined position. Suitable for use on reversing drives, such as hoists, winches rolling mills, various other mechanisms used in steel plants such as coke oven feeding systems.
These limit switches are used to prevent over hoist motion with weight. Counterweight is provided which lifts the wire rope to prevent over hoist operation.
