D.C. Motor Controller

We manufacture D.C. Motor Controller that is specially designed to provide a speed adjustment ranging from zero to full rated speed. Our D.C. Motor Controller functions with D.C. Motors Shunts or compound type through supplying two rectified main supplies to field circuit and armature. The supply of field is carried to ZZ() and Z(-) which is at fixed voltage. Afterwards, the armature supply is carried out both the terminals A and AA. This supply varies from 0-80% from the supreme supply voltage through the means of wave controlled system. The SCRs (Thyristors) is fired by a trigger circuit controlled by a superior quality amplifier. This amplifier works from a small D.C. voltage input. As the result, the speed of the motor remains constant.

High Voltage Insulation Tester

We provide High Voltage Insulation Tester that can easily detect the insulation value between Earth and Live Points. We have technically advanced models of 0-3 KV and 0-5 KV test units. The testers have to be connected with earth point and live point that are under rest. The system consists of Variable Auto Transformer to decrease or increase the high voltage through Calibrated High Voltage Voltmeter & Millimeter. It is available in AC/DC H.V. ranging from 5 KV to 300 KV. Also, our units consist of H.T. 'On', H.T. 'Off', H.T. Trip Indicators, Timer and Zero Position.
