Our Overseas buyer wants confirmation regarding B/L

1.The B/L bearing reference by stamp or otherwise to costs or terms lead to costs additional to freight charges such as
cost of loading or similar operation is not acceptable except for demurage fees for containers.
2.in case of fcl B/L must show that period for free demurage is not less than 14 days from arrival date.
