Our requirement of Thermic Fluid Heater
We require thermic fluid heating system of approx. 1,25,000 kcal / hour capacity. We want to replace heating load of approx. 27 kw that is being used for heating of air to 60 deg.C for drying purpose. Apart from this, we also have to prepare 1200 ltrs. of sugar syrup containing 60% of sugar. We shall use a jacketed vessel where syrup will be prepared inside and outside in the jacket, hot thermic fluid will be circulated to heat the water – sugar mixture. Max. temperature should be approx. 95 deg.C to dissolve this much sugar in water. We shall use HSD as fuel for thermic fluid heating.
