We are pleased to offer PCB conformal Coating ( Transparent, Clear, Anti-Static Water repellant coating) in Self Spray aerosol Cans as well as loose packing of 1/5 Litres ( used by Brushing), for the total protection of PCBs from attack of dust/dirt, moisture, water vapours & from rusting. This is applied as a very thin layer by Spray/Brush on PCBs & after assembly. The coating will Completely Air Dry within 2-3 Min. Promtech Acrysil coating is tested and certified by ITALABS for toxicity tests. The coating is UV Resistant and solderable. The dry film will offer Complete protection to the PCB and the contact points / solder joints. IT will be totally un-affacted by water vapour, moisture cikage of current and will enhace the life of PCB. Extensivelt used by UPS, Electronics, Instrumentation, Electric Conrol panel boards and Electrical and electronics components industry.
