Vic3 softee mix is also ideal for making thick milk shakes where there is no need of adding any ice cream or thickeners. This product is specially designed keeping the following points in mind:

direction of usage for delicious milk shake
add two teaspoons of victorys softee ice cream mix to 200ml of milk (less then 10c) and blend it in the mixer or with a hand blender for 2-3 mins to prepare smooth and thick milk shake.
ingredients: sugar, milk solids, emulsifiers, stabilizers, edible gums, addedpermitted colour & synthetic flavors.
yield: 1kg if mixed into 1.25 ltr of water will yield 2.50 kgs or expands up to 3 to 4 times by volume when whipped.
shelf life: 18 months in dry, powder form under cool and dry condition. Avoid sunlight.
