The viscous liquid at both sides of piston shall form pressure difference and drive damping medium (liquid) passing through damping vent. Thus a damping force is created. Some of structure's vibration energy shall be consumed by viscous liquid to realize suppressing vibration (seismic or wind vibrating) reactions.
