Nandini Gulab Jamoon Mix is a great way to those soft and juicy jamoon treats at home.It is made from Skimmed milk powder, Maida, Soji and Nandini special grade ghee.
To the total vloume of the mix , add approx.100ml of water.Mix gently into a smooth dough and keep it aside for 5 to 10 minutes.FOR BEST RESULTS MILK MAY BE USED INSTEAD OF WATER.If the dough is dry, sprinkle some more water.Shape the dough in to small round balls.Deep fry the balls in ghee or refined oil over low flame till they turn to golden brown.Remove and soak in hot sugar syrub.The soft jamoons are ready to serve.
