This pellet mill can process agriculture and forestry processing wastes such as sawdust, straw, rice husk and bark into high density pellet fuel. The biomass pellet is ideal alternative fuel of coal and oil, which both saves energy and reduces soot emissions.

They all made the machine effective ,steady and environmental. 4.The lubrication system made all bearings work well. 5.The machine adopts a system of conversion speed-adjustable feeding and axial steam spraying, external discharging and overload protection.

Biomass pellet machine is divided into flat die pellet mill and ring die pellet mill.

Working principle

Biomass falls into the mill vertically from feed inlet, then evenly and continuously distributed in the mold inner cavity surface (the pressing roller and mold contact surface) and then the powdery material gets through the holes that evenly distributed in the mold under the pressure of pressing wheels. In this process, the material has physical change or appropriate chemical change under high pressure and high temperature (according to material), prompting the powdery materials forming into ever-lengthening solid cylinders which then cut off by the cutting knife, and at last pellets discharged from the discharge hole.
