Automated manufacturing processes in most cases require stockage or blending of raw materials, additives and intermediate products. Rapid and reliable availability play an important role here. Bottlenecks in the loading or discharging of bunkers, stores, tips and silos can compromise the efficiency of the installation. In several industrial sectors, the need to convey free flowing bulk material, of any type, size and temperature, can be satisfied by the various types of conveyors & elevator buckets. We at AEW are able to revamp, modify and enhance conveyors of any manufacturer and solve any problem regarding handling of continuous flowing bulk material. Moreover, we are able to supply any spare part for lifting and handling machines. Depending on the design we manufacture buckets of various designs which are able to lift material at an inclination of 20degree and above. Our focus is to satisfy specific requirements with creative, cost-effective solutions for the transport of the whole range of bulk materials in cement production from limestone, cement and additives to hot and abrasive cement clinker. USE: Bucket Elevators is used to transfer the material from ground level to certain height vertically. It consists of a Nylon or Rubber Belt running on one Drive Pulley at the top and the other one is Driven Pulley, which is at the bottom inside a fabricated casing. Belt is fitted with Buckets at some specific intervals. Buckets lift the material from ground level to a higher level and buckets are emptied while moving around top pulley by centrifugal action. Elevator is driven by top pulleys by speed reduction mechanism. Either set of pulleys or gearbox can be used. Bottom pulley has sliding mechanism for maintaining proper tension and alignment in the belt. Top pulley is rubber lagged to avoid wear and tear of belt during movement. A platform is also provided for maintenance purpose at the top of the elevator. Both the pulleys are dynamically balanced for noise free performance
