We would like to introduce ourselves as one of the leading manufacturer of Steel and Iron Casting of various Specifications comprising Low and High Carbon Steel, Alloy Steel, Hadfield Steel (High Manganese Austenite Steel), Grey Iron Casting, Malleable Iron casting and Ductile Iron casting.
The company, A.D. ELECTRO STEEL CO. PVT. LTD. (ADEC) was founded in the year 1983 and is based in Kolkata & Howrah the capital city of West Bengal, which lies in the eastern part of India.
The company manufactures products as per the International Standards and also as per the requirements of the Domestic and Overseas Buyers.
We have been in the business of manufacturing of Steel and Iron Castings of diverse specifications that comprise Low and High Carbon Steel, Alloy Steel, Grey Iron Casting, Malleable Iron Casting and Ductile Iron Casting for the last twenty five years. We also specialize as Fabricators of all types of machineries and our list of dedicated customers include some of the most esteemed core sector industries like Railways, Defense, Marine Engineering, and Power, to name a few.
ADEC is an ISO 9001:2008 certified company and our foundry is also accorded with the status of CLASS ‘A’ (SPECIFIC TO RAILWAY) by RDSO (RESEARCH DESIGNS & STANDARDS ORGANISATIONS / MINISTRY OF RAILWAYS GOVERNMENT OF INDIA
The Company has also been able to achieve a Compounded Annual Growth Rate (CAGR) of 40% over the last 4 years. We have already started manufacturing operation at our Unit - II at Baidyabati, Hooghly on NH No: 2
We are presently engaged in the manufacturing & supplying of the following products:
1. Railway Rolling Stock items like Wagon Components, Bogies and Coupler along with their various components.
2. All types of Railway Track items like Elastic Rail clip, Sleepers, Turnout, Modified Jaw, Slide Chair, Fish Plate & Bolts, Stretcher Bar, Spike Metal Liner etc.
3. All types of Alloy Steel Castings like
a. Castings for armor vehicles and other Defense Equipments
b. Heat and wear resistant castings
c. Valve body castings
d. Manganese steel bowl and mantles for cone crushers used in mines
e. Manganese steel crusher hammers
f. Marine anchors, bollards etc
g. Freight container corner castings
h. Bogies, couplers and buffers
i. All types of Gun Metal, Brass / Aluminum Castings in machined or un-machined condition
4. CI/DI/Grey Cast Iron sanitary items like Manhole Covers, Manhole Rings, Catch Basins Frames, Valve Boxes, Water Meter Boxes, Grates, Fencing and Gardening items etc.
5. Different types of structural fabricated items like Steel Bridge Girders- both welded and riveted, Column, Wagon Centre Sill, Side Body, End Body, Silo, Crane Girder, Storage Tank, Chimney etc.
