 12 acres of land, built-up plant shed 80,000 sq. Ft. + 25,000 sq. Ft. Basement for vendor park…for expansion we have enough infrastructure, space & need just to invest only in equipment.

Aakar team is with highly experienced engineers worked with alicon, enkei, endurance etc & having experience of developments & serial production of critical parts developments. Presently we have below customers, products & facilities, customer base – fleetguard - cummins, borgwarner, tata motors, greaves cotton, minda, posh, koel, phoenix mecano, sukrut electricals ,midco, xal etc
 present product range – hpdc brackets & housings, lpdc/gdc – brackets, enclosure, 4w manifolds, 4w engine parts, 2w aluminum crank-case cover, etc. Die casting installed capacity – 3500 tons (present capacity utilization 30%). Gdc stationary & tilting machine – 10 nos, lpdc machine – 4 nos, hpdc ital presse – 400 ton machine- 4 nos.
 cnc turning – 6 nos (swing & bed - 627 mm,1 meter length), vmc – 3 nos ( table size - 1200mm x 550 mm x 600 mm)
 quality lab equipment – zeiss cmm, spectro meter, zeiss surface roughness tester, millipore value testing machine, hardness tester, density meter, hydrogen tester etc.
