Scrap Baling Machine - Ferrous

Ace Scrap Baling presses are made out of mild steel plates, with sufficient steel stiffeners, for its robust construction. Hydraulic operation of Pressing system minimise the breakdown and the power consumption. High pressure pumps coupled with motor are mounted directly on the oil tank, to make the unit compact and sturdy.

Our baling presses are highly reliable and ensure fast production and also designed for processing ferrous or non-ferrous scrap in various forms We are manufacturing custom made Scrap Baling presses for individual applications, various size as per requirement of the customers.

Features

  • Highly Automated but very simple in operation through two nos. Direction Control Values, one for Three side Pressing Automatically and other to delock and to eject the pressed bale.
  • Single compact unit mounted over solid gridders(I - Beam).
  • No Civil Foundation is required except one pit for Ejector Cylinder.

Optional Features - At Extra Cost

  • Replaceable wear-resistance plates can be provided for long life of the feeding chamber.
  • Shearing blades on the Edges of the Chamber and Top Lid to shear the excess and over size scrap.
  • Heat Exchanger to keep the oil cool
